Once we have met and agreed to list your property we will:

- Jointly view your property to inspect and consult with you as to its rental potential.
- Make recommendations regarding any changes that may improve the cottage marketability.
- Jointly sign a rental agency agreement.
- A detailed full description of your rental cottage will be taken including number of bedrooms, amenities etc..
- We will gather a list of your policies, renter criteria, maps with directions and provide our own guidance.
- Staged high quality photos will be taken.
- Internet based advertising will commence once all information has been gathered. Typically within 4 to 5 days.
- All telephone and email inquiries with potential guests will done within 4 hours. Potential Guests will be fully screened such that they meet your criteria.
- Administer booking agreements with renter including Damage deposits and confirmations.
- Provide renter with instructions to access the chalet and follow up for feedback.
- Provide owner access to calendar of bookings.
- Collect deposits and full payment of booking prior to occupancy..

How do you screen guests?
We interview potential guests asking about their group size, and make-up (ages of party members, plans for vacation etc). It become apparent quickly the type of person who will respect the rental agreement.. If they seem reluctant to offer the information that will allow us to match them to the right cottage, we would prefer not to rent to them and will politely suggest they look elsewhere.
Who cleans and takes the garbage?
The owner normally take care of this locally. We do offer these full services in the immediate Calabogie Area.
What do you Charge?
Our fee is a percentage of the rental income. We also can provide property management based on a estimate in hours

Cottage rental prices are determined by many factors like location, size of cottage, exposure, type of lot and market value. All of these play a role in what your cottage rental is worth. We will meet with you and give you an assessment.
