Ferguson lake is a few minutes from the village Calabogie and Renfrew Ontario. One hour from Ottawa. This is a  new home with main floor large windows and a large three season porch providing views of the lake, open concept living.  A boat launch is nearby. A  dock is provided with a swimming ladder.
We are 9 Km; 10 minutes from Calabogie Peaks Ski Resort and the Calabogie Peaks beach. A short drive to the beautiful village of Calabogie.

Cottage features
​A large flat back yard with firepit. 
Daily 3 day minimum. Weekly Friday to Friday July and August.
Our property is a year round dwelling (not a cottage) and includes all modern amenities. 
- We rent to families and responsible adults.
- Age Restricted: We do not rent to groups of singles under the age of 30.

Note we have no cleaning fee. Guests supply their own towels, food and personal items. No maid service is provided. Bedding is provided. The property is to be left clean as on arrival.

  • Waterfront on the very clean and quiet Ferguson Lake fed by Constant Creek. 
  • A large family room with gas fireplace await for cozy fires on cool evenings! 4 bedrooms, with King beds 2 full bathrooms with 1 powder room.  large three season Sunroom fills with views.
  •  9 Km; 10 minutes from Calabogie Peaks Ski Resort and the Calabogie Peaks beach. Only a short 15 minute drive to Calabogie where you can find all amenities you need, like grocery stores with bakery, LCBO, Hardware store. 
  • Other adventures close by are; ATV trails, Hiking trails, Biking  on the KandP railroad trail.  Renfrew a 1/2 drive offers amazing shops, Walmart, No Frills and many restaurants.  ATV and snowmobile trails are 5 minutes away.
Cottage features:

Bedding dish towels provided.  Guests provide bath towels. No daily maid service is provided.

Cottage Rental Rates

Weekly Friday to Friday minimum 7 night stay July and August.  3 night minimum  stay the balance of the year.
Rates include all taxes - Prices are in Canadian funds. We prefer Interac on line banking Email money transfer.  Bookings are not firm until payment is received. First paid 1st reserved.
